This menu completes our first year of dedicating our menu to locally raised and produced products. Chef Lance Edwards has combined international cuisine with the many wonderful products available to us in this region. This is a menu you do not want to miss ... there are just so many wonderful things to try, and they are so delicious! We have also increased the number of "Light Fare" choices for your dining pleasure. As always, everything from our artisan bread to our sinful desserts is hand crafed by our Chefs. We also offer a vegetarian menu with every season. You can also enjoy a delicious performance with one of our table side specialties ... our world renowned Caesar salad or our Flambe Chef D'oeuvre, filet mignon & scampi shrimp prepared for two.
